    The idea of a paper skirt, velvetized or no, is pretty scary to me. Not only does it sound uncomfortable, but it seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

    I hadn't really thought about the actual wearing of it...yeah rips, tears, spills...maybe there's a reason these didn't catch on. :-)
