Clarks Crochet Designs - 1920 - Edges, Insertions and Medallions

Let's just take a minute and enjoy the skill and dedication of these "simple" crochet projects. Look how intricate the work was and how pretty. And then remember that these are from 1920 and think how rough laundry was on these delicate's amazing we ever find vintage pieces intact.

  1. If these are considered "simple" I can't imagine what intermediate or difficult would look like!

Since your husband is a safety ride inspector, are you in the great state of Texas until Oct. 23rd for the State Fair? I was born in Dallas and have attended it all my life.

I do enjoy all your special treats you share with us. Thanks

  2. That's the one thing I have not been able to master at a beginners level, I somehow add a stich at the end of every row and my project just gets wider and wider. I am in awe of anyone who can crochet.
