"Trouser skirt" is a term that stopped being used in...I don't know, the 1980's? It referred to a skirt cut with a front zipper and pockets like a pair of trousers.
Well, I could tell from the picture what was meant, but I had never heard the term before. It makes sense, probably evolved into the "Jeans Skirt". Thanks, I like to learn new things.
