So here are the guidelines you need...what you can and can't do during 'that time of the month'.
Be especially careful to not get a cold!

    This is so funny! When I "started" back in the day (1970's) my great aunt told me I couldn't get in the shower or wash my hair. I was horrified!!! And of course, did it anyway... Do't jiggle!

    Oh my goodness - how times have changed. So different from the tv ads where the girls are windsurfing etc etc. Thanks for sharing!
